Q: How much does the home inspection cost?

A: All home inspections start at the low price of $350. 

Q: How long will the Inspection take?

A: On average the inspection will take between 2.5 and 3 hours

Q: Do I need to be present at the inspection?

A: It is recommended for you to be present so we can answer any questions you may have.

Q: Is the inspection a form of warranty?

A: No the inspection is a non- invasive visual inspection of the property. 

Q: How long will it take to receive the report?

A: In most cases you will receive the report on the same day unless the inspection was performed in the evening then you will receive the report the following morning.
